PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Dominica
  • Principal applicant must be 18 years old or above.
  • Applicants must undergo a medical exam & have no criminal record.
  • Children up to 30 years of age & is financially dependent on the applicant, can be included.
  • A parent or grandparent of the main applicant, or his or her spouse, who is 55 years of age or older and who is financially dependent on the principal applicant, can be included.
  • A sibling of the main applicant, or of his or her spouse, if unmarried & age up to 25 can be included.

Who is eligible: Applicant can include his/her entire family in the application: the spouse, children (including adult children up to the age of 30), as well as dependent parents over the age of 55 and siblings.

The applicant must have a clean criminal record and a legitimate source of funds.

Step 01 - Choose investment options
Citizenship by investment in Dominica is available through two options.To qualify for citizenship, you can either make a donation of up to $100,000 to the government or by purchasing real estate on the island starting from $200,000.
Step 02 - Prepare documents
A detailed checklist will be provided, and you will be guided through the documents collection stage. Experienced citizenship advisers will collect and check all the documents for compliance and ensure all requirements are met.
Step 03 - Processing of application
Each application is vetted by the Government through a thorough due diligence background check, during which time submitted information is examined and verified. There is currently no interview requirement.
Step 04 - Receive your pre-approval
Once the application is reviewed by the Government and the decision is made, the applicant will be issued a letter advising of the decision. This letter will be forwarded to you.
Step 05 - Complete your investment
Once your application has been approved, you will be required to transfer the final amount under your chosen option (non-refundable contribution or purchase price of the property) to Dominica.
Step 06 - Dominica citizenship application reviewed in just 2 months
Upon completion of the investment your citizenship certificate will be issued, and your passport application submitted on your behalf. No visit to Dominica is required at this stage, your passport will be couriered to your preferred address.
